Annual Information Forms

An annual information form (AIF) must be filed annually by TSX-listed companies and is optional for companies such as Petro-Reef that trade on the TSX Venture Exchange. The AIF is intended to provide material information about the company and its business. The AIF describes the company, its operations and prospects, risks and other external factors that impact the company.
